Parent Governor Election 2021

12/11/21 - Election letter sent out to all parents via e mail and with children
29/11/21 (noon) - Closing date for nominations
If 1 nominee then they will be appointed.
If more than 1 nominee then:
30/11/21 - Personal Statements of all nominees to be sent to all parents via e mail and with children. 1 ballot paper to be sent to each family with children.
14/12/21 (noon) - Closing date for ballot papers to be returned.
15/12/21 - Successful nominee appointed as parent governor and parents informed of outcome of election.
Meeting dates for the remainder of school year:
Meetings are held once a half term. These take place at school and start at 6pm. Meetings generally last 2 hours.
Outside of these times, availability to come into school at least half termly for a morning/ afternoon is expected.
All governors need to have a full DBS check and would be expected to adhere to the code of conduct below.
